ITI also utilizes a “Customer Communication Schedule” and other tools such as Issue Logs, Work Logs, Status Meetings, etc. to ensure your expectations are exceeded.

ITI has developed a unique Project Management Methodology which is efficient, comprehensive and frugal – keeping in mind the value of your dollar. We abhor frivolous efforts and will work hard for your business. The ITI PMM (Project Management Methodology) is a compilation of real-world trial and effort spanning many years. Our methodology is compliant with the Project Management Institute Standards Committee and is accompanied by a library of templates, tools and technology which enable our Project Management Consultants to be highly productive and provide the best possible service.

Our Project Management Consultants use a simple but powerful tool used to ensure expectations are mutually understood and satisfied.

This tool, which was created by ITI, is a unique set of documentation, processes, and procedures we call the ITI Customer Communication Schedule.

It identifies key “communication points” that provide consistent, timely, pertinent, and comprehensive information about the work activities of our Consultants and the direction, progress, and status of the project.
